Inspection of up to 4 areas of concern in the building, identified by the client. Inspection includes up to 3 samples, lab analysis, and report.
The report will include:

• Identification of moisture intrusion, water damage, musty odors, apparent mold growth, or conditions conducive to mold growth.
  
• Results of a laboratory analysis of all mold samplings taken at the building.

Mold Clearance Inspection

To access the effectiveness of previous mold remediation efforts. Includes 3 samples. Additional samples, if warranted, for an additional fee.
