My name is Eragorn Northe, home inspector and owner of Der Hous Inspector LLC in Saskatchewan, Canada. I am located in Moose Jaw where I have lived, worked, and played for over twenty years. Moose Jaw is a great city and my family and I enjoy the many wonderful activites the city has to offer.

I am required to perform 24 hours of continuing education per year in order to keep my certification status with InterNACHI. I learn about new building techniques, products, and home inspection tools and standards.
